In mid 2009 Tourism Industry Council NSW was awarded Master Provider status for the delivery of AussieHost training to the tourism industry of NSW. This program now continues to develop and grow with several hundred people who have taken up training.

AussieHost programs teach valuable customer service and communication skills and provide service employees with a range of practical, well proven tools whilst encourage team building. Every AussieHost workshop helps participants develop positive attitudes to service, improve the way they relate to customers, exceed customer expectations and create a first-class experience for their customers.
