The Local Government and Shires Association of NSW’s Annual Tourism Conference was held in Gunnedah from the 12th-14th of March.
The conference theme for 2012 was “Check In or Check Out – Does your service meet your visitors expectations?” and explored the importance of service standards and meeting the needs of today’s new consumer.
Held in conjuction with Destination NSW and the LGSA of NSW, the Tourism Industry Council NSW also hosted its Annual Tourism Managers Exchange.
